Victory Restoration helped out in such a bind! We have an outdoor pool that we were setting up to get ready and our cushions we’re poorly stored and not in the greatest conditions! So many places couldn’t help us with the time constraint we had. We have 500 Chair Cushions that needed to be cleaned restored! A pipe burst on my second floor while I was outside. For 20 minutes over 100 gallons of water cascaded through my ceiling light fixtures down to the first floor and eventually my basement. I called Victory Restoration & Cleaning and within 30 minutes there were representatives at my house cleaning up the mess. The men were amazing. They spent hours cleaning up the water and pulling down soaking wet drywall. For 4 days they came by every day to check to see the progress the dehumidifiers and fans were making to dry everything up. I was promised “hand holding” through the process, and that’s what I got; daily check ins and phone calls to see how things were going. The clean up was actually the easy part!! Thank you everyone at Victory for taking care of me and my emergency. I would highly recommend VICTORY RESTORATION & CLEANING!!!!

Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and finding out you have a major flood in your basement. Well, I did. Needless to say I was beside myself. At 3:330 AM on a Sunday morning I left a message for a “call back” (not thinking I’d get one). Within 15 minutes Victory Restoration called and said they could have a crew here by 6:30 AM. I was ecstatic. They arrived and for the next few days they a difficult situation seem easy. They were professional and extremely compassionate. Victory was terrific. They organized the cleanup, coordinated all with my Insurance Co. and did a fabulous job. If ever you find yourself in my position I would call Victory Restoration. These guys are great. They’ve done a few outside painting projects for me that were just beyond my capability. They quoted a fair price, got the work done on time, and did it in a workmanship like manor. Everything I could have expected. Next we do tiling.

Right before Thanksgiving I woke up to water damage all over my bedroom ceiling. I had to go through my homeowner insurance which only covered the remediation and repair and not the new roof. The two companies they recommended did not even call me back. I was lucky enough to find Victory and after speaking with Jeannie in the office, I felt reassured that my nightmare would end. I met with Shawn who said he could handle everything and he did. After I had the roof replaced, his workers came and tore out the ceiling and insulation down to the rafters. He brought in machines to clean and dry out the whole area which took several days. Afterwards, they put up new insulation, a new ceiling, painted and then cleaned my carpets. Shawn and Jeannie worked directly with my insurance company, completing all the paperwork putting my mind at ease. I only made one call to the adjuster and Shawn was present when he came. My bedroom is now better than before. Shawn takes every aspect of the job personally and makes sure that things get done right. I saw this first hand. I can honestly recommend this company for their integrity, professionalism and compassion. I could not have gotten through this without Shawn, Jeannie and their workers.
